José Luis is a civil engineer with over 5 years of experience on the production plant, with experience in lab quality control systems, currently doing a doctoral thesis in UPC.

Enthusiastic about the research of new concrete materials and composites that improve its characteristics and properties, he is interested in the regulations and legislation that regulates construction and its elements in each region.
