Research with us
At C3S, we are always open to establishing new collaborations and expanding our team with motivated researchers. Our work relies on an interdisciplinary and international network, and we believe that high-quality research grows through shared knowledge and collective efforts.
We typically work with three main profiles: PhD candidates, postdoctoral researchers, and visiting scholars. As most of our ongoing projects already have dedicated funding, new members joining through external proposals are generally expected to secure their own funding. However, interested researchers are welcome to send us their CV and a short statement of their research interests to be considered for future opportunities in our researcher pool.
PhD Candidates
We welcome motivated young researchers who wish to pursue a PhD in the fields of concrete technology, structural design, construction sustainability or smart infrastructure. Candidates will join a dynamic team with access to laboratory facilities, industrial collaborations and international research networks.

Postdoctoral research
We support the incorporation of postdoctoral researchers with a clear research agenda, particularly those working in C3S fields. We provide mentoring, infrastructure, and international collaboration platforms.

We welcome doctoral and senior researchers interested in conducting short or medium-term research stays. C3S offers a collaborative environment and access to active projects in both academic and applied research.

We welcome motivated candidates who wish to join our research group, either with their own secured funding or with the intention to apply for competitive fellowships together with C3S members as PhD supervisors or hosts for temporary research stays.
