Jaume Armengou is a member of IESE’s Executive Committee of IESE as Secretary General from September 2018 and is part of the Faculty in the Managerial Decision Sciences department.
He holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the UPC. He did a Advanced Management Program in IESE in 2005.

· Project management (decision-making, sustainability, occupational risk, ethics)
· Structural design in civil engineering”
In 1995, he founded a start-up offering consulting for civil engineering projects. He sold it in 2003 to Prefabricaciones y Contratas, S.A.U. (PRECON, Ciments Molins group), becoming technical director and joining its steering committee. He is a founding member of Ciments Molins R+D+I committee. He has invented, patented and registered several models for utility, patents and computer programs, all of them licensed and with hundreds of applications.
