Bernat Vinolas is an Assistant Professor at UFVJM (Brazil) and vice-coordinator of the master’s program in Health, Society and Environment. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from UPC (Barcelona) and works with sustainable construction and multi-criteria decision analysis. He leads social housing projects using patented HPSC (High-Performance Soil-Cement) technology, developed and registered in 2023.
