We know that for humanity to have a sustainable future, we need to radically innovate our built environment.
This primarily means cutting back on CO2 emissions, but also considering economic and social aspects. A major part of this equation is concrete. That’s why we focus on cement-based materials as well as structures, researching ways to achieve full circularity in construction, together with digitization and sensorization.
Beside experimental, analytical and numerical methods, we specialize in multi-criteria decision-making methods, helping different stakeholders achieve their sustainability targets.
