Andrea Monserrat López

Andrea Monserrat is a Project Engineer at SmartEngineering (spin-off of the UPC-BarcelonaTech) and postdoctoral researcher at the C₃S group. She obtained her PhD in Construction Engineering at the Polythecnic University of Valencia (UPV) and was a visiting researcher at EPFL.

The development and characterization of new materials (special concretes such as fiber-reinforced concrete) for the optimization of structural design, the development of new methods of quality control of structures and materials, and the analysis of the durability of concrete structures using multi-criteria methods.
